Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?
Please be advised that our tickets are purchased on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis however please contact Guest.services@londoncableway.com and the team will aim to assist and get back to you in up to five business days.
Why are some prices different?
Peak and off-peak discounts vary. Maximum 30% discount only available for off-peak round trips when you book seven days in advance. Excludes event tickets.
