Safety Guidelines for the Glass Floor Experience:

Pre-Ride Briefing:
All passengers must attend a mandatory safety briefing before boarding. Please arrive at the IFS Greenwich Peninsula Terminal least 10 minutes before your slot time to allow for this.

Weight & Capacity Limits:
Each Glass Floor Cabin has a set passenger capacity: Standard capacity is six people per cabin. If there is a guest with a mobility scooter/wheelchair, the capacity is reduced to three additional people with a wheelchair and one additional person with a mobility scooter.

Clothing, Footwear & Belongings:
Please note that the Cable Car features a glass floor, guests planning to wear skirts or dresses may wish to consider their attire to ensure comfort and appropriate coverage during the ride. To protect the glass floor, sharp objects, high heels, and bulky items may be restricted. Sturdy footwear with non-slip soles is recommended.

Can I start The Glass Floor Experience from the Royal Docks side?

• The Glass Floor Experience can only be boarded and started from the IFS Greenwich Peninsula Terminal.

What is the weight limit of the cabins?

• Each Glass Floor Cabin has a set passenger capacity: Standard capacity is six people per cabin. If there is a guest with a mobility scooter/wheelchair, the capacity is reduced to three additional people with a wheelchair and one additional person with a mobility scooter.

• Passengers must avoid running, jumping, inside the cabin.

Do I need to wear different shoes?
