Can I start The Glass Floor Experience from the Royal Docks side?
• The Glass Floor Experience can only be boarded and started from the IFS Greenwich Peninsula Terminal.
What is the weight limit of the cabins?
• Each Glass Floor Cabin has a set passenger capacity: Standard capacity is six people per cabin. If there is a guest with a mobility scooter/wheelchair, the capacity is reduced to three additional people with a wheelchair and one additional person with a mobility scooter.
• Passengers must avoid running, jumping, inside the cabin.
Do I need to wear different shoes?
• Sturdy footwear with non-slip soles is recommended.
Before booking the Glass Floor Experience, please consider:
• Fear of Heights (Acrophobia): The direct view to the ground below may not be suitable for those with a fear of heights.
• Medical Conditions: If you have heart conditions, vertigo, anxiety disorders, or any other health concerns, consult a doctor before booking.
